As ARC’s senior brand and content strategist, Megan Leader communicates key research, data and trends to the travel industry. She collaborates with industry leaders and subject matter experts to produce content on travel retailing and distribution initiatives, technology, data and travel agencies. An avid traveler, Megan loves to explore art, design and food culture in cities around the world.

Prior to joining ARC, Megan was a managing editor for Northstar Travel Group. She has a degree in journalism and mass communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

How NDC Will Impact Corporate Travel

Air travel retailing is changing. As airlines enhance their products and expand their ancillary offerings, travel agencies and TMCs need better tools to make those products available to the corporate traveler. 

NDC (New Distribution Capability) is the first step toward creating a more transparent omni-channel buying experience for corporate travelers. This presentation will cover:

• An introduction to NDC;
• How it will change the way air travel is purchased;
• How NDC is being implemented across the air travel industry; and
• What this means for travel buyers and suppliers.
