GBTA - Upstate New York Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to an event date, a voucher will be issued to the registrant which can be used for a future meeting (not including Ed Day). Voucher is good for 1 year. No refunds or vouchers will be issued if cancelled within 72 hours of an event.

As an added treat . . .
The Rochester Eclipse Task Force is sponsoring a traveling art exhibit from eclipse artist and astronomer Dr. Tyler Nordgren, whose 2017 eclipse artwork is on display at the Smithsonian. The 30-poster exhibit consisting of eclipse posters from 2017 and 2024, as well as Dr. Nordgren's New York Parks series, will be displayed at several area locations each month leading up to the eclipse. During the month of May, it will be on display at Salena's at Village Gate.
